First Honey Production!

Update!!! First honey production after some long massive weeks!!!

I just won myself a Canon IXUS 130 camera!!!

This Capture the Green through One's Eyes Photo Competition really created awareness in me, causing me to be more observant, and capture surrounding environmental issues to create awareness in other people too...

It was held at Monash LT6007, organized by Monash Uni LeoClub...

13 finalist, 3 judges from Canon company, 1 Lion Leo Club member.

The Live-judging session was the scariest, where we have to explain our photo, what is the message, how it can awaken other people, and answer their miscellaneous questions...

One of the judges famous question:" Why do you deserve to win?"

Haha, luckily most of the contestants were not very confident.

I guess it's my luck today....

I can't remember exactly what happened at that period of time, but I have a feeling that everything will go smoothly... & it went pretty well...

And true enough... The first prize camera is in my hand now...

Mini, light weight, black, 14.1 Mpixels, 28mm wide, ... ...

No case and Memory card is provided...

But nevermind, it's worth the effort of trying my best...

I googled the market price of this camera, RM1099... not bad wei...

Just in time to bring to Melbourne in July...

Will capture more meaningful pictures to post in this blog!!! Or maybe in Facebook!!!

Everything like a swarm of bees

I haven't been blogging for more than a week...

Too busy with so many things rushing into my life all at once...

1st#: I joined the nuffnang sort of blogging competition to get 2 free tickets to watch IpMan2...

That's y u can read my lame post about 'what would I do if I am IpMan'... I basically got free tickets to watch this new movie in Pavillion, but due to my 'busy-ness', I did not check my gmail for many days, so i didn't know that I got it until it has expired many days... Nuffnang had revoked my 2 free tickets and gave to another 'lucky' person...

So ya, 'lucky' eh??

2nd#: I joined the 'Capture Greeneries through your Eyes' Photo Contest organized by Leo Club in my uni... I basically took 3 pictures from my camera that I carry with wherever I go... I'm in the Top 13 now, will be competing for Top3 this coming Wed... 2 of my photos are developed and sticked on the board on the way to the library... The judges will ask some questions this Wed, which I dono what are they going to ask about... 1st prize is a camera... mmm...

3rd#: I've just got the student exchange offer to Monash Parkville Campus in Melbourne, Australia... So, i'll be flying to Aus in this coming July!!!

Omg... it's only less than 2 months away... Visa, Flight, Accommodation... all not yet settle....

I've replied my acceptance form, just waiting for their reply to apply Visa...

Where to stay?? Searching for off campus accommodation online is 100 times more difficult than answering all my exam questions...

Which flight to aus?? AirAsia? MAS? Emirates?? Via STA travel agent??

Do i need an Ipod that has GPS and can online in campus as well as other areas that have wifi?? I think i need to buy a smaller laptop, as this 2 year old laptop of mine is so cumbersome, and cracked a bit adi... I need to do health checkup, dental checkup, buy this and that... and have to study for exam at the same time...

Now i think back, I did not even dream of going to Melb in the beginning of March! Everything just happened too rapidly that i can't breathe properly...

4th#: MUPhaS helping MUMedS to organize Re-cycling Hearts Charity Event which will be held on the 25th of May (Tuesday) in Monash. Dono who so 'smart' to put me in charge of searching for blogshop owners to rent booths on that day and sell their goods, which can heighten the atmosphere and crowd. The rental fees will be donated to IJN (Institusi Jantung Negara)... People are encouraged to pledge their organs to help those who need organ transplant in order to survive... It's so difficult to look for interested blogshop owners... They are also busy... Some might be interested but timing not right...

5th: Exam tomorrow... Yes! I just reminded myself that i should be studying... All the DNAs and drugs to kill bacterias by inhibiting their DNA synthesis... Oh, still got many things to study...

I felt as though a swarm of bees just rushed into me... Buzzling and itching... Nevermind, just have to be patient and be strong for a few more days... Maybe i might be able to produce HONEY!!!

3R - Towards a greener future...

3R means recycle, reuse and reduce...

Since when it says use recycleable items to make creative stuff??

Last time, I used to like making new things out of recycleable items such as old newspaper, cans, egg carts, bottles, straws... ...
Although they may not be usable, I felt artistic and inovative...
Sort of satisfied with this hobby that I thought I'm really doing something good for the earth...

But now I think that it's doing more harm tahn good to our mother EARTH!!!

Let's think together...
When children make those items, they only think that it's a fun activity...
They use glue, adhesive tapes, and other decorative items bought to 'beautify' their creation.
And, when these recycleable items are being cut off (especially newspaper, cut into smaller sizes), the remaining parts are being thrown int the rubbish bin...
In the end of the 'creative' session, we will find more rubbish in the bin than usual...

so, is it really green??

In the end, most of the items made are being thrown away, as they are not really usable or withstandable...

don't u guys think so??
or am i just thinking too much??

Productive 2 hrs plus...

In less than 2 and a half hours, I've done so many things...

My lectures ended at 12 noon today...

Dad picked me up from uni, then we went for lunch at a Japanese Restaurant at PJ, near Unique Restaurant (seafood)...

It's called Shi Ro Ki Ya...

Nice set lunch & comfortable environment...

Sushi, Unagi, Tempura, Miso Soup, Steam Egg, ... delicious and so full!!!

Then dad brought me to JPJ which is nearby to PJ Hilton to convert my driving licence from P to L...

In less than 10 minutes, my new licence is hot in my hand!!!

Since when government workers are so efficient??

Stereotyping... I think it's time for us to change our mindsets...

RM150 for 5 years of licence...

So quick that my dad couldn't believe... (He didn't even finish talking on the phone, and I'm out with my licence!)

Then, dad brought me to sight-seeing at Taylor's New Lake Side Campus...

The red and white building made me think of Tune's Hotel near LCCT airport...

I guess it's also a non-smoking campus coz a few guys were smoking outside the campus...

Dad suggested that we should have a drink in the campus one day... If we have time...

If we have TIME~~~ lol

Then, on the way home, we went to buy DVDs from Summit...

So many movies to watch... but we only bought 3...

And I managed to buy 2 McD Sundae Cone... RM 2.10 only (including tax)

One for me and one for my dad...

Then we reached home at 2.20pm...

In less than 2 and a half hours,

I've ate Japanese set lunch, changed my driving licence, visited Taylor's New Campus, bought some DVDs, and ate McD ice cream!!!

So happy~~~

(ok, everyone knows... now get to the point...)

In this world full of poeple living on sedentary livestyle, it would be wise to teach them WingChun kungfu style online...

Yes, via Youtube, facebook... whatever...

Combine IT/internet with Traditional kungfu.

Good idea right??

Have to be a modern IP Man master.

If not, who will want to learn?? How to spread WingChun then??

However, WingChun will only be used for health or protection purpose.

Not for fighting.

Not to create disunity.

Unity should be the ultimate aim of all human endeavours.

And the highly advancing technology must be used only as a tool to promote unity.

Will we achieve world unity one day??

Maybe... when everyone learns WingChun from IP Woman master...

Korean Food

Just came back from lunch with dad and bro...

We had Korean food at Taipan...

For the first time in my life I get to try Korean Food...

We did not try the BBQ coz scared not enough time, so we ordered set lunch and side dishes.

Korean BBQ Restaurant visited by HoChak 8tv before...

Korean restaurant but many Nepali workers there... and dad thought they are Koreans that got tanned in Malaysia due to the strong UV rays... lol

Wow, the appetizers only already made us full!

Many many small plates with weird dishes...

Lots of Kimchi... (actually is cabbage + chilli)

Don't really like it...

Their homemade flour noodle with seafood...

Name so nice, but when the food arrive, actually is like Pan Mee soup(aka Mihun Kueh), + beaten eggs + a bit potatoes+ a few LaLa....

so expensive somemore...

Bro keep complaining...

Maybe coz 1st time trying, the taste doesn't suit us....

But i think if we are happy and easily contented, as long as it is food, we will be satisfied...

(Bro spoiled my mood!)

He said the best dish served is still watermelon (the dessert included)... swt

Our mid-sem break in Malaysia is called Easter Break in Australia...

One week break aka holiday...

But i feel that it's one week 'BREAK'... as in 'pecah'/'patah'...

Mentally Broken down...

Physically Broken down...

Emotionally Broken down...

Because have to complete an assignment, do lab report, and study for two exams which are extremely difficult to comprehend!

One exam on Monday, straight away after the Break...

Another on Thursday...

How to have a nice break then?!?

1. I'm super sleepy and tired now although i've slept for 9 hours til 7am this morning!

2. I like my strighten hair now coz it's so manageable~

3. I love cakes... but i think i ate quite a lot this whole week... too many bday cakes...

4. My right foot still hurts... Can't play badminton!

5. Can't exercise and sweat out... so gained weight adi...

6. Feels stress, although there's nothing to be stressed on... weird weird me...

Mingle-mingle Day

MUPhaS just organized it's first ever event - Mingle-mingle Day, and it's successful! (i guess?!?)

So nice to work with all of them...

Nice learning how to decorate the place, and what is crepe paper... lol, i'm so 'sua gu'...

Jenna left earlier... I wana hear the Bao jokes!!! Lame but i like it!

Can't stop laughing all night...

Though tired, but worth it...

The balloon rubber smell was so strong... Still had it on my hands yesterday... Caused me headache during the tutorial...

Year ones and Non-BPharm students were sporting... Really nice to know them...

Hope that MUPhaS will take another step higher and bring everyone together via covalent bonding!!
